Full text of the story
The first part: King Dasharatha of Ayodhya has no son, performs a sacrifice, and four princes are born — Rama, Bharata, Lakshmana and Shatrughna. The sage Vishvamitra takes the two eldest to the forest, and in Mithila Rama lifts the bow of Lord Shiva and wins the hand of Sita.
